In fulfilment of its corporate social responsibilities, Nigerian Makeup powerhouse Nuban Beauty partnered with Safety for Every Girl in launching a viral campaign tagged #NubanBeautyPadsAGirl.

 

This campaign was focused on creating awareness on the Period Poverty challenge and impacting the lives of girls in indigent communities.

 

To this end, Nuban Beauty committed a percentage of proceeds from the launch of its Ultra collection towards funding and providing period kits for disadvantaged girls. 

 

In July 2022, the SFEG x Nuban Beauty team kicked off the campaign by conducting a coordinated menstrual hygiene outreach in Makoko Community, Lagos. After a 1-hour educative session, 151 period kits were distributed.
